Our standing shipping is via UPS, flat rate $9.99 per shipment. Tracking is available. Shipping time varies from 2-5 days depending on delivery location. All orders will ship from Glen Burnie, MD. DAMAGES:
Should an item arrive damaged, please email a photo to [email protected]. Please retain all packaging for your photo.
RETURNS:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Returns/refunds/exchanges after 30 days of receipt will be processed for store credit only. Clothing, jewelry, and shoes may not be exchanged after wear. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at [email protected] and include your name, address and order number.
