Our charms begin as clay and are transformed into porcelain through multiple kiln firings before being hand-painted and finished with genuine 22k gold luster. Please note: the metal wire anchored into the porcelain charm is a specialized high-temperature firing wire, needed to withstand the kiln process. Our 22k gold luster is applied by hand as a finishing detail meant to frame the porcelain edges of the charm — it's not intended to fully cover the firing wire. A small portion of visible wire is normal and not a defect.
